Day 124 May 4 Exodus 35:31
Exodus 35:30-35Moses told the Israelites, “See, God has selected Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah.He’s filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, ability, and know-how for making all sorts of things, to design and work in gold, silver, and bronze; to carve stones and set them; to carve wood, working in every kind of skilled craft.And he’s also made him a teacher, he and Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.He’s gifted them with the know-how needed for carving, designing, weaving, and embroidering in blue, purple, and scarlet fabrics, and in fine linen.They can make anything and design anything.”God has selected. God selects people. He has selected me. He has selected you. Then he fills with the Spirit of God. He fills me with the skill, the ability, and the know-how for what he has given me to do. And he fills you too.God gifts people with skill. He makes teachers. He makes leaders. He makes helpers. He makes peacemakers. God gifts.Lord, forgive me for doubting your wisdom and your truth. You have gifted me in many ways. Give me the strength and the courage to step out in those areas where you have gifted me.Give me the knowledge that I need to continue on this path you have chosen for me. Let me display your wisdom, your peace and your gentleness as I walk through this day.Show me how to say and do what you need for me to do. You have filled me with your Spirit. And you have created me for this task. Help me through this day. Hold my hand and walk with me.
