Joshua 1:8Ponder and meditate on it day and night, making sure you practice everything written in it. Then you’ll get where you’re going; then you’ll succeed.Ponder God’s laws. His love for us. His love for others. The righteousness of Jesus that he has extended to us. Meditate on it both day and night. Think on these things. Fix your eyes on Jesus.Then I won’t be swayed by things of this earth, riches or poverty, clothes or lack of clothes, food or hunger. Where ever I find myself, I will get where God guides me if I concentrate on him and his love. Then I will succeed.Lord, help me to fix my eyes on you today. Let me ponder and meditate on your word. Don’t let me be swayed by the things of this earth. Forgive me of my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness.I will spend my day thinking on things above. Let my words be filled with your knowledge, your wisdom and your love. Let me life shine with your joy and your peace. Let my actions be filled with gentleness and kindness.
