2 Samuel 22:21-25God made my life complete when I placed all the pieces before him. When I cleaned up my act, he gave me a fresh start.Indeed, I’ve kept alert to God’s ways; I haven’t taken God for granted. Every day I review the ways he works, I try not to miss a trick. I feel put back together, and I’m watching my step.God rewrote the text of my life when I opened the book of my heart to his eyes.Have I placed all the pieces of my life before God? Here is my broken life, all the pieces laid out before God. Here are my broken dreams, the unfulfilled desires and my disappointments.Lord, forgive me of my sins. Forgive me for trying to keep going on my own. Forgive me for not asking for help. I have been too independent. Help me to trust in you.Here is my life, Lord, all of the pieces that I have broken. Help me to clean up my act and give me a fresh start. Keep me alert to your ways. Don’t let me take you for granted. You are my God. You alone can help me.Let me review the way you work every day. Today let me feel put back together. Rewrite the text of my life today.
