Jeremiah 46:27-28“But you, dear Jacob my servant, you have nothing to fear. Israel, there’s no need to worry.Look up! I’ll save you from that far country, I’ll get your children out of the land of exile. Things are going to be normal again for Jacob, safe and secure, smooth sailing. Yes, dear Jacob my servant, you have nothing to fear. Depend on it, I’m on your side.I’ll finish off all the godless nations among which I’ve scattered you, But I won’t finish you off. I have more work left to do on you. I’ll punish you, but fairly. No, I’m not finished with you yet.”Nothing to fear. No need to worry. Getting our children out of exile. Things will be normal again. Things will be safe and secure. There will be smooth sailing.God has more work left for me to do. He is not finished with me yet.Lord, help me today to not worry. Forgive me of my sins and for not trusting in you. Forgive me for being fearful.Be with my children today. Be with the children I have borne and be with the children of my heart. Help me to deal with this life and feel your joy and peace. Let me live as if things are normal again. Let me feel that peaceful and that happy.Let me know that I am safe and secure even in the midst of major turmoil. Let me have smooth sailing by trusting in you.Do your work in me. Change me.
