How would it feel if my bones are laughing?Lord, let me run free and help me to feel free so that I can celebrate the beauty you have placed around me. Help me to see the beauty. Help me to take the time to see it and enjoy it.Let the bones in my body laugh and sing your praises. Let my physical body relax into who you are and your greatness. Let me feel your comfort and your peace in every part of me.Forgive me for my worry and attention to the cares in my life. Focus my thoughts on you and on your love. Let me be aware of how you are moving in my life and through my days.Let me be filled with gentleness and kindness as I walk through this day. Let me focus on you today.
