I can’t believe I went to the Grand Canyon. My average steps for those five days doesn’t sound bad until you realize I rode a train two nights, and slept all of Tuesday. A total of about 20,650 steps, with a daily average of 4130 steps. Considering I am doing well when I get nearly 1000 steps daily, no wonder I’m tired.
