He turned everything over to him so he could give it away—a lavish distribution of gifts. That is why whoever accepts and trusts the Son gets in on everything, life complete and forever!
John 10:10 I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.
1 Cor 2:9 No one’s ever seen or heard anything like this, Never so much as imagined anything quite like it— What God has arranged for those who love him.
This Christmas let us rejoice in the lavish distribution of gifts that Jesus gives us. All that God the Father has, he has given to the Son. And the Son gives it all to us, freely. We have not even begun to dream of the blessings and miracles God can do for us.
God, thank you for your love for us. Help us to reach out and accept all you have to give us.
