Romans 2:3-4You didn’t think, did you, that just by pointing your finger at others you would distract God from seeing all your misdoings and from coming down on you hard? Or did you think that because he’s such a nice God, he’d let you off the hook? Better think this one through from the beginning. God is kind, but he’s not soft. In kindness he takes us firmly by the hand and leads us into a radical life-change.What is my focus today? Am I busy comparing myself to others or am I keeping my thoughts and actions on God.Lord, forgive me for judging others. Forgive me for making comparisons. You are the judge of actions and thoughts. You are the one who is qualified to discern the hearts and intentions of others. Keep my focus on you today.Take me firmly by the hand and lead me into a radical life change. Show me your love for me and how you care for me. Let me be filled with your peace and your joy today. Set my priorities but help me not miss the opportunities you have for me today.Let me breathe in your strength and courage as I step onto your pathway.
