Your lives are echoing the Master’s Word, not only in the provinces but all over the place.The news of your faith in God is out. We don’t even have to say anything anymore—you’re the message! People come up and tell us how you received us with open arms, how you deserted the dead idols of your old life so you could embrace and serve God, the true God.They marvel at how expectantly you await the arrival of his Son, whom he raised from the dead—Jesus, who rescued us from certain doom.How wonderful it would be if this is what others would say about me? Oh, that others would say about me that I expectantly await the arrival of Jesus, that I embrace and serve the one true God, that my life echoes the Word of God.Lord, forgive me for my sins today. Cleanse me with the washing and the regeneration of your word. Fill me with your saving Spirit. Guide me through this day.Fill me with your joy and your love. Give me strength and courage to walk in your word today. Hold my hand and show me how to embrace you and serve you today.Help me to expectantly await your arrival and look to you for my salvation.
