Haggai 2:4-5“‘So get to work, Zerubbabel!’—God is speaking.“‘Get to work, Joshua son of Jehozadak—high priest!’“‘Get to work, all you people!’—God is speaking.“‘Yes, get to work! For I am with you.’ The God-of-the-Angel-Armies is speaking! ‘Put into action the word I covenanted with you when you left Egypt. I’m living and breathing among you right now. Don’t be timid. Don’t hold back.’Lord, I don’t want to be timid. I don’t want to hold back. I want to get to work and be strong. I want to be strong in doing what you have given me to do.Forgive me for being scared and wanting to hold back. Forgive me for not leaning on you for the strength I need to move forward. Forgive me for not trusting you for the courage I need.Today, take my hand and lead me into your plans for me. Show me how to do what you want me to do. Fill me with your love and care for others.
