Day 91 April 1 Psalm 35:1

Psalm 35:1-3Lord, battle with those who battle with me. Fight against those who fight against me. Pick up the shield and armor. Rise up and help me.Lift up your spears, both large and small, against those who chase me. Tell me, “I will save you.”(New Century Version)Some days feel like a battle. This is just too hard to do by myself. Even with those I love around me I feel all alone. I need someone to fight against those who fight against me. I need someone to help me. I need someone to give me a refuge of peace to relax in for a few moments.Lord, I need help. Please forgive me for not following you and trusting you with my whole heart. Fill me with your love, your grace and mercy, and your joy. Show me what to do today.Battle against those who battle me. Fight against those who fight against me. Rise up and help me. Reach out and save me.Help me to walk in the places you want me to be. Help me to stand where you need me to stand. Let me be kind and gentle. Take the bitterness from my heart and let me be free from hatred. Give me a place of shelter in this life.Lord, be my hiding place today.
