I hope you all have gotten a copy of the book by now. And I hope that you have been keeping up with the posts. Please feel free to comment. Here is a summary:The Feminine side of GodWe are created in the image of God. God has a feminine side. God is the mother who cares and nurtures her children. God is the woman who fights for those she loves. Do not threaten her children. God is full of compassion, kindness, gentleness, joy, and peace. This is a special journey we are taking to see ourselves in God’s eyes. To see the beauty of our souls, the longings we have, and to see our adventure together begin to take shape.Questions Unseen, unheard, unsoughtI feel unseen. I feel as though those with whom I spend my days cannot see me. I feel unsought. I feel like no one is interested in what I can do.I feel uncertain. I have no idea which way to turn. I feel unsure. I want to be a woman of God. I want to be captivating in who I am. I want to have unrelenting courage, vulnerability and faith in God, like Ruth. I want to be brave and have cunning; I want to have a good heart like Esther. I want to have beauty that can be felt and that affects others. I want my beauty to be forever uniquely Gods.I am unique. How God works in me is different than how he works in any other person. I am unique and full of promise. I belong to God and his way of living. Here are some questions to be read slowly. Think about these questions silently. Are you aware of a longing to be someone’s priority? How do you live with this when you don’t think it will every happen (again)? If you could do or be anything you wanted now, what would it be?How is the life you are living now impacting others? Are you beautiful? What do you honestly believe God thinks about you/ feels about you?Where do you turn when your core desires are not being met?Now – find someone to affirm and who will affirm you. Affirm their beauty inside and out. Thank you for any comments to this post. Remember to be wise in how you comment. If you have anything you would like to share confidentially, please feel free to submit a prayer request.
