At some point it had to happen. I would grow out of this phase of my life. All three of my children have graduated from college, my middle daughter is married, empty nest syndrome is a thing of the past and I now am blessed with a job where I work from home.
I have now moved into a new phase of my life. I am now part of the sandwich generation, that unenviable position of having kids living at home and parents who need help. And searching for a way to still afford to retire in a few years.
