Day 68 March 9 Acts 27:24

Acts 27:23-26“Last night God’s angel stood at my side, an angel of this God I serve, saying to me, ‘Don’t give up, Paul. You’re going to stand before Caesar yet—and everyone sailing with you is also going to make it.’ So, dear friends, take heart. I believe God will do exactly what he told me. But we’re going to shipwreck on some island or other.”Some days this life feels like a shipwreck. You know it is going to wreck. You know it really is going to happen. There isn’t anything to do at this point to stop it.But God says not to give up. He is still here. He stands in the room. He knows what is going to happen. And he will stay through it all.Lord, I love you. Forgive me for not trusting in you. Help me to move forward today. Hold my hand and lead me through this day.I will not give up because I have you. You will not leave me. You will not desert me. You will always love me. You are here with me. I can count on you to always be by me.Even though the circumstances may not be the brightest outlook for today I know that you will stay with me. You will support me and be my refuge today.
