Romans 15:1-2Those of us who are strong and able in the faith need to step in and lend a hand to those who falter, and not just do what is most convenient for us. Strength is for service, not status. Each one of us needs to look after the good of the people around us, asking ourselves, “How can I help?”Am I feeling strong today? How can I help others? Is my strength from God only to get through my day today? Or is it to also help others. How can I help?Lord, forgive me for my complacency. Forgive me for blithely continuing on my way without regard for others I meet on my way. Give me a heart for others. Open my eyes to the opportunities around me.Give me strength today to step out into the path you have set before me. Let me see your hand on me. Let me feel your presence in my life.Show me where I should concentrate my energy today. Let me know what I should do. Let me see your joy shining in others today.
