Ephesians 6:10-12And that about wraps it up. God is strong, and he wants you strong. So take everything the Master has set out for you, well-made weapons of the best materials. And put them to use so you will be able to stand up to everything the Devil throws your way. This is no afternoon athletic contest that we’ll walk away from and forget about in a couple of hours. This is for keeps, a life-or-death fight to the finish against the Devil and all his angels.God wants me strong. He has provided weapons for me. I just need to put them to use. That way I can stand up to what happens to me. This is a fight to the finish. I need to pay attention.Lord, forgive me of my sins. Forgive me for being lazy and not wanting to fight. Help me to be strong and determined. Help me to persevere. Help me to pick up the weapons you have provided for me.Show me how to use these weapons and help me to use your power to wield them. Provide breaks for me to rest in your arms. Let me feel your joy and your love surrounding me. And I will fight with you beside me today.
