Greetings from Morro Bay, CA where the temperature has nearly 40 degrees F difference from my home.

Updates on Poetry
As stated, this is a reprint of the three poetry books my grandmother published in her lifetime. I’ve tried to preserve the personality of her writings and added her drawings and pictures to the book. The hardcover makes a wonderful keepsake. My copy is displayed on my bookshelf. You can preorder the e-book until August 8th, when the book launches. It is also available to order now in paperback and hardcover.
I’ve got my hardcover copy
Updates on Cozy Mystery
Robbie is the central character in this book. He helps solve a dead body mystery and is involved in several ceremonies taking place in the neighborhood’s backyards.
The paperback will be available now!
I can’t wait to hear what you think of Robbie and his escapes. I love that he makes friends easily. He’s learned a lot since he rode home in the back seat with Jeffrey. Jeffrey soothed him with tales of milk, canned food, and dry food. Hey, food is important!
Something fun!
I’ve been working on the first in the series Morro Bay Mysteries. You may remember Morro Bay from the eighth book in the Emily’s Cat Mysteries.
This series features Donner, a German Shepherd retired police dog, and Festus, who’s human watches old Gunsmoke reruns and buys Festus costumes. Also you will meet the Acting Chief of Police, Wilson, who is Donner’s human.
Donner runs a squad of animals that help him keep watch over the town. This includes seagulls, sea lions, sea otters, squirrels, coyotes, domesticated dogs and cats, and a chief owl. Together they report anything suspicious to Donner and Festus. Festus learned to type on a tablet Wilson bought so he could communicate with Wilson and also Emily’s cats, Jeffrey, Myra, Susie, and Robbie.
Morro Bay is a tourist town, fishing town, fine arts center, and water and land activities such as hiking and surfing. It draws in all kinds of people with different agendas.
Currently working on second quarter of the book – laughing at Festus and loving the air.
Thank you for checking out this update!
